Meet John Thomas Certified Mortgage Planner

John Thomas is happily married to his beautiful wife, Bernadette and they have two wonderful children, Maddie and Max. The Thomas Family livs in Newark,  Delaware. John taught physics and physical science at Delcastle High School for over 10 years. He owned a local franchise of SERVPRO, a National Cleaning and Restoration Company. John was a national kickboxing champion and state boxing champion. He was a referee and trainer of boxing, kickboxing, and  mixed martial arts at Jack’s Gym in Newark, Delaware.

John Thomas graduated from Glasgow High School in Newark, Delaware and then went on to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics and Education at the University of Delaware in 1995. He then obtained his Master’s Degree from  Delaware State University in Curriculum and Instruction in 2001. John Thomas also obtained his Certified Mortgage Planner designation in 2008.

Delaware Loan Officer John Thomas has been helping people obtain financing for over 15 years, and he is currently the Branch Manager for a National Mortgage Banker, Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc.  John has specialized in First Time Home Buyers throughout his career and presents monthly home buyer seminars to help educate buyers about the home buying process in  Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania & Maryland. He has been a featured guest on a local TV show to discuss mortgages and home ownership. John and his team enjoy helping  people buy homes and manage their current mortgages to help  them produce long term wealth. Hosting quarterly Wealth Builder Workshops to past clients, John teaches them how to retire a millionaire.
