What are the New FHA Loan Limits 2025?
The FHA announced the loan limits for 2025 with Mortagee Letter 2024-21 for all Forward Mortgage Loans insured by FHA. The New FHA low-cost area mortgage loan limits are st at 65 percent of the National conforming loan limit for 2025 of $806,500 for a one unit property. HECM Reverse Mortgage Loan Limits 2025
Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM) MCA Reverse Mortgage Loan Limits for 2025 will be $1,209,750 (150 percent of Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation’s national conforming loan limit of $806,500. The MCS of $1,209,750 is also applicable to the special exception areas: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.
