Delaware Mortgage Rates hit seven month low last week as mortgage bonds rallied. If you look at the mortgage bond chart below you can see bond hit high on Thursday but then sold off on profit taking and inflation heating up. If you look at the mortgage bond chart below you can see mortgage bonds hit highs from October 2013 on Thursday but then sold off and are hanging at support. Delaware Mortgage Rates moved to the lowest rates we have seen since October 2013 as the stock market stalls and tension overseas move money into bond markets. Delaware Mortgage Rates moved lower last week as the rally in the bond continued and even bounced back after a very good jobs report on Friday.  If you look at the mortgage bond chart below you can see mortgage bonds were all green candles every day last week which means bonds closed higher than opened.
