Mortgage Rates were finally able to move slightly lower last week as mortgage bonds were able to rebound off support.  If you look at the mortgage bond chart below, you can see mortgage bonds had been trading lower for last couple of weeks but were finally able to find a floor of support last week and move higher but have hit a tough ceiling of resistance that will be very difficult to break above so we are recommending LOCKING Your Mortgage Rate to start the week to lock in the slightly better rates we saw at the end of last week. Mortgage Rates moved higher again last week as mortgage bonds continued to sell of as investors took profits.  If you look at the mortgage bond chart below you can see mortgage bonds ended the week lower and closed below the 100 day moving average.  There is still room to the downside for mortgage bonds before they hit a floor of support at the 200 day moving average so we are going to recommend starting the week LOCKING your DE mortgage rate as mortgage interest rates will probably continue to move higher in the short term. Mortgage Rates moved higher last week as mortgage bonds sold off after being turned lower by resistance.  If you look at the mortgage bond chart below you can mortgage bonds sold off last week moving mortgage rates higher until finding a bottom on Friday.  Bonds were able to rally off support on Friday with Green Candle so we are recommending FLOATING Your mortgage rate to start the week. Delaware Mortgage Rates moved lower last week as mortgage bonds were able to rally higher on Wednesday after Federal Reserve left Fed Funds Rate the same.  If you look at the mortgage bond chart below you can see mortgage bonds were trading at tough ceiling of resistance but were able to break higher on Wednesday through Friday.  The short term trend is for mortgage bonds to move higher which would move mortgage interest rates lower.  We recommend FLOATING your Delaware Mortgage Rates to start the week. Mortgage Rates were able to rebound last week and move lower to end the week after moving higher the previous week.  If you look at the mortgage bond chart below for Fannie Mae 3.5% bond you will see that mortgage bonds had been selling off but were able to hit a floor of support Tuesday and then Rally off that support on Wednesday which moved mortgage interest rates lower.  We are recommending FLOATING your Mortgage Rates to start the week. Delaware Mortgage Rates ended the week slightly Higher than they started as mortgage bonds ended the week down after a disappointing August 2016 Jobs Report.  If you look at the mortgage bond chart below you can see the red candle on Friday that shows long upward thin line.  The thin red line upward showed mortgage bonds had rallied initially after jobs report but quickly switched and sold off as the stock market rallied.  Mortgage bonds have been caught between the converging 50 day moving average and the 25 day moving average and are looking to make a break out either up or down.  We recommend FLOATING Your Delaware Mortgage Rate to start the week to see if mortgage bonds can break higher.
