Delaware mortgage rates continued their slow trek higher last week as mortgage bonds sold off to end the week. The stock market continues to rally and set a new record high. Delaware mortgage rates tried to move lower last week but ended the week higher after good economic news was reported coming out of China. The mortgage bonds tried to rally but failed to move above the 200 days moving average and were turned lower on Friday after China reported signs of economic recovery, as exports, imports, and lending soared.
