Delaware Mortgage Rates continue on the roller coaster ride of up and down as there is extreme volatility in the bond market. If you look at the mortgage bond chart below you can see the up and down arrows show a roller coaster trading pattern for mortgage bonds which has mortgage interest rates moving up and down about 0.25% over the last 3 weeks.  Since we ended the week with a Green Candle on the chart, we are going to recommend FLOATING your Delaware Mortgage Rate to see if bonds can rally off support. Delaware Mortgage Rates were able to end the week about where they started after a roller coaster ride.  If you look at the mortgage bond chart below you can see mortgage bonds sold off at the start of the week but were able to find a bottom on Wednesday and then rebounded higher. Delaware Mortgage Rates were able to break the trend and move lower last week. If you look at the mortgage bond chart below you can see mortgage bonds were on a downtrend selling off but then were able to find a bottom last Friday. We recommend floating your mortgage interest rate to start the week on Monday and see if we got a green candle which did. Delaware Mortgage Rates moved higher last week as the labor market showed signs of improvement and the stock market continued to rally. If you look at the mortgage bond chart below, you can see the red candles down all week which showed mortgage bonds selling off and interest rates moving higher. We recommend “Locking” your Delaware Mortgage Rate last week in our update so hopefully, you took our advice as mortgage rates did indeed move higher. Mortgage Rates appear to be ready for a move lower as mortgage bonds have a technical trading pattern that is predicting a bounce off recent lows and to move higher. Delaware Mortgage Rates moved higher as last week started but were able to rebound back to unchanged levels so mortgage rates essentially ended the week about where they started. If you look at the mortgage bond chart below you can see the short term trend at the beginning of the week was for bonds to sell off and move rates higher but we were able to find a bottom on Wednesday and rebound into the Jobs Report on Friday.
